Nighty Negligee Set

This is one of the original outfits made for Barbie from 1959-1964. It is Nighty Negligee #965 in Minty condition. The ribbed tricot peignoir is crisp and bright pick. No fading, tears or stains. The bow tie is long and whole. Although, I am not very good at tying the bow! The rose on the left pocket matches the rose on the sheer nightgown. Both in excellent condition. The string on the nightgown is is very clean and still pink. No signs of wear. The elastic is a little stretched out but still has some elasticity to it and it will stay up on the doll. See picture. The nightgown has no stains, rips or tears. It is very clean and bright. The dog is very clean and bright pink. The set does come with shoes with pom-poms on them (not pictured) The outfit has the Black and White Barbie R tag.
